1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "89bd", "platform", or "site" refers to the 89bdlogin.cam website and all services connected to it. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who has created an account on the site or is using its services. "Bet" refers to any wager placed on slots, live casino, or sports betting.

These terms apply in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and govern all financial and gaming activities conducted between the user and 89bd. No third-party terms serve as a substitute for these rules. By using any page of the site, creating an account, or making a deposit, the user voluntarily accepts these terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at 89bd, accurate and complete information must be provided. 89bd reserves the right to cancel at any time any account created with false information.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be permanently closed and related winnings may be voided. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or network, the support team must be informed in advance.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify 89bd support immediately. Transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

89bd may at any time request a national identity card or other documentation to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use any service at 89bd is 21. If any age-verification document shows the holder to be under 21, that account will be closed immediately and 89bd will decide on any refund of deposited funds following an investigation.

Use of the site by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are urged to take the necessary precautions to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 89bd is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Providing the correct reference number and amount at the time of deposit is mandatory. 89bd is not responsible for any deposit lost due to incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes. Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

89bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, meaning bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.

5.1 Bonus Terms

• To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be made within the specified time after registration.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• While using a bonus, bets must be placed on the games designated by 89bd.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless separately stated in the promotion's terms.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be voided.

5.2 Promotional Offers

89bd regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are considered part of these general terms. In any dispute regarding a promotion, 89bd's decision is final.

6 VIP Program

The 89bd VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher levels can be reached through regular play.

Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, Diamond — up to 1.2%. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total wins). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and 89bd's decision on VIP level assignments is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited at 89bd:

• Fraud, cheating, or using software to illegally influence game outcomes.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards other members.

If any of the above activities are suspected, 89bd may suspend or close the account without notice and the related balance may be forfeited.

8 Bet Cancellation and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation

89bd reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed.
• If an event is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time.
• If a technical error causes the outcome of a bet to be uncertain.
• If a rules violation or match-fixing is found in any game.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute over a bet or payment, it must be reported to 89bd via live chat or email support within 72 hours of the incident. The complaint must be submitted with detailed information and evidence. 89bd will review the dispute within a reasonable time and inform the outcome, which will be considered final.

9 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, server issue, or device fault, 89bd will make its decision based on the server logs. 89bd is not obliged to provide compensation for issues caused by the user's device or connection.

If a technical fault on the game provider's side shows an incorrect result, the outcome will be determined according to the official log of that game. The data stored on 89bd's servers is the final record.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

89bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit documents for identity verification within the specified time.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• An order from a court or relevant authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time via live chat. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request.

11 Limitation of Liability

89bd is committed to providing the best possible service through its platform. However, 89bd is not directly liable for the following:

• Issues caused by the user's internet connection or device.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Technical issues arising within game provider software.
• Problems caused by the user providing incorrect information.
• Uncontrollable external circumstances, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

In any situation, 89bd's financial liability will never exceed the original amount of the user's relevant transaction.
